Introduction

We use barkcode technology, which sends our clients an immediate email as soon as we scan in letting them know we're in service. GPS then tracks where we go, and also gives a detailed description during each visit. This holds us accountable and provides our clients peace of mind and Real-Time certainty. They know without a doubt the time that was spent with their pets. We love greeting the dogs everyday and seeing their faces light up because they're happy to see us!

A Meet & Greet upon completion of Service Request in our website.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have always been dog lovers and wanted to get into pet services. We love getting exercise and providing a meaningful service to our dog loving clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

People from all walks of life. Young professionals, to retired and elderly at senior living communities.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We started walking a dog that hadn't been properly socialized. She lashed out at all people and other dogs. We were able to work with her, providing consistent, positive reinforcement to help her behavior. She has come full-circle. She is now able to walk by people and other dogs without pulling on the leash and barking. Her owners are thrilled!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We are great with all types of breeds and some of our walkers have backgrounds in dog training, dog behavior and as vet technicians. We are honest, reliable and trustworthy. Hire someone who is great with your dog, but also hire someone who gives you the certainty with barcode technology.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We are licensed, bonded & insured. We are also Pet First Aid certified with the American Red Cross.
